The featured speakers noted the key role analytics play in our nation’s quest to improve the quality and lower the cost of healthcare.  Speranza Avram of California Health Information Partnership noted “We are in a historical transition from paper-based care to electronic based care,” according to a new report from the Sacramento Bee.
