You can make an address change by submitting your new address to

Please include either one of these following:

1. Your old address
2. Your insurance license number. (the number appear above magazine mailing label)
3. Your new address

If you are subscribing through Naifa or Cahu, please notify them of your address change because they are the one who provides us with the mailing list.
